1. Simplest way to make this is in a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer but it can be done by hand as well..
2. Place cream cheese and refried beans together in a mixing bowl and blend together well.
3. Then in a bowl empty out the taco seasoning and add 1/3 cup of water, mix well.
4. Add the taco flavored water to the mixture a spoon full at a time, being sure to mix well until all of the water and seasoning are in the mix.
5. Add water to the mixture if a thinner consistency is desired, remember that the mixture will set a little once chilled.
6. Salt and pepper to taste.
